Kimberly Williams has been a licensed Realtor/Broker since 2002.   As a native of Durham, she uses her expertise of the Triangle and the Triad along with her relationships in the real estate industry to provide assistance to buyers, sellers and investors. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from North Carolina Central University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pfeiffer University.   Her certifications include Graduate Realtor Institute-GRI, Accredited Buyer Representative-ABR, NC Workforce Housing Specialist, Freddie Mac Credit Smart Instructor, and E- Pro and NC Real Estate Appraiser Trainee.

Kim came and spoke to us when we initially decided to start thinking about selling our house. When we decided to wait a few months since we weren’t sure what we wanted to do, she was happy to come out and give us an overview of new updates with the selling (& buying) process & what to focus on when we were ready. In the meantime, she was always open to showing us houses that were in the line with what we were leaning towards when looking to move. She never once pressured us to speed up our decision-making to put our house on the market or to make an offer on something else. When we were ready to put the house on the market, we met and went through anything that needed updating, what should be repaired, and went over the approach to getting it on the market. Kim worked to find comps in the area to help price point our house, but because this was the very beginning of the market on the rise, there wasn’t much to compare it to. We had a meeting to discuss a baseline price and went from there. The house was on the market within a day of all the ‘fixes’ being completed from our end, and we had 6 offers within 18 hours, 3 at the asking price and 3 over asking. Kim gave us an opportunity to discuss the offers as a family first, and then we all reviewed them together. She answered any questions we had and guided us through making the best choice. The closing process was simple, painless, and successful because of her. During the prep time for selling our home, Kim was right there with us as we started getting serious about finding our next home. As soon as we knew we were going to sell quickly, and successfully, we made the decision to build a new home in a wonderful neighborhood. Kim spent countless hours with us at the model meeting with the builders, looking at floor plans and designs. We ran into a few bumps (as anyone does with new construction!) and Kim was ALWAYS there to support us, and fight for us when there was controversy. The great lengths she went to, to ensure that we were happy, is something that only the best of the best do. We loved working with Kim so much that we recommended her to anyone we knew that was buying or selling, and we are happy to say that 4 other close friends & families used her for the process and we're beyond grateful to us for the recommendation.
