Meet Kimberly
Kimberly has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2002. She is the owner of Right Time Realty. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from North Carolina Central University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pfeiffer University.
Her certifications include Graduate Realtor® Institute-GRI, Accredited Buyer Representative-ABR, Certified Residential Specialists-CRS, NC Workforce Housing Specialist, Freddie Mac Credit Smart Instructor, and NC Real Estate Appraiser Trainee, Low Income Housing Tax Credit Certification -LITCH, Luxury Homes Certification.
She serves as a State Political Coordinator and is a member of The Diversity Committee for the North Carolina Association of Realtors.
Her financial and real estate expertise has garnered her appearances on WRAL TV, IBM, Women’s Empowerment, North Carolina Central University, and Duke University. She serves on the Board of Commissioners for Durham Housing Authority, the Board of Directors for Durham Community Land Trustees, and is Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Durham and Orange Counties.
With over 21 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kimberly Williams has become a multimillion-dollar producer in the Triangle and is known for her dedication to her clients.
Kimberly has extensive experience with resale properties, new construction, custom homes, and investment properties. She makes it her business to stay ahead of the curve and keep clients informed about what to expect and when.
